More Dead Voters Discovered In Colorado
Colorado has been a key swing state in recent presidential elections after flip-flopping back and forth between support for Democratic and Republican candidates. Obama won the state in the past two elections but George Bush prevailed for the two preceding contests while Bob Dole narrowly eked out a victory against Clinton in 1996.
Which is precisely why it is so disturbing that cases of dead people voting keep turning up in an ongoing voter fraud investigation by CBS 4 of Denver.
“I don’t think it was an accident,” said Larimer County Clerk and Recorder Angela Myers, who acknowledged she found the most recent dead voter after the initial CBS4 Investigation entitled “Dying To Vote,” which aired last month. That initial investigation found a handful of votes cast in the names of dead Coloradans months, and sometimes years, after they died.
Myers said following that report, the Secretary of State sent her a list of deceased voters to double check.
“We did find a single deceased voter,” she said, “and unfortunately it was counted.”
That apparently fraudulent vote was cast in the name of Irvin Mniszewski, 88, of Loveland, who died Sept. 6, 2011. But six weeks later, on Oct. 16, 2011, a vote was cast in Mniszewski’s name in a Larimer County election and it was counted on Oct. 19, 2011.
“You think someone tried to forge his signature and get an extra vote?” Myers was asked. “Potentially, absolutely someone voted for him and he was gone,” responded Myers, who is a Republican. CBS4 examined Mniszewski’s signature as well as the signature on the apparently forged ballot. Both signatures appeared similar.
She said the case has been forwarded on to the local district attorney for potential criminal prosecution.
A previous investigation by CBS Denver found that dozens of deceased Colorado citizens continued voting multiple years after their death...even though Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams assured CBS that “it is impossible to vote from the grave legally.” While we're disturbed by the voter fraud in Colorado, we're so glad that the legality of the issue could be cleared up so easily.
According to CBS, one of the most glaring cases of voter fraud they found was of Sara Sosa who lived in Colorado Springs. Sosa died on Oct. 14, 2009 but CBS found that she continued to cast her ballot in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Likewise, her husband, Miguel, died on Sept. 26, 2008 but voted later in 2009.
Colorado's Secretary of State confirmed the cases of voter fraud discovered by CBS, saying:
“We do believe there were several instances of potential vote fraud that occurred. It shows there is the potential for fraud. It’s not a perfect system. There are some gaps."
While this should come as a surprise to precisely 0 people, Spieles just happens to be Democrat who, accorded to a deleted FaceBook post, apparently recently ran for Caucus Chair of the Virginia Young Democrats.
Of course, we're quite certain that the Soro's machine will keep throwing massive sums of money at defeating voter I.D. laws while arguing that there is no evidence of voter fraud...facts apparently have no place in a court room.
