Obama on Ebola- Incompetence or More "Transformation of America"?

Let me ask a question, has Obama been lying about Ebola, or is he just misinformed? 

To answer that, let me ask some other rhetorical questions: 
Was Obama lying when he said “If you like your health insurance plan, you can keep it” or was he just misinformed? 
Was Obama lying about the anti-Islamic video as it pertained to Benghazi, or was he just misinformed? 
Was Obama lying when he said that he "saved or created over 150,000 jobs", or just misinformed? 
Was Obama lying when he said “First of all, I didn’t set a red line,” or was he just misinformed?
Was Obama lying when he said "I’ve done more for Israel’s security than any President ever", or just misinformed? 
Was Obama lying when he said, "ISIS is not Islamic", or was he just misinformed?
Was Obama lying when he said the border fence is "now basically complete", or just misinformed?  
Was Obama lying when he said that by the end of his first term he would "cut the deficit in half", or just misinformed?

So let me ask the first question one more time, is Obama lying about Ebola, or is he just misinformed?
