Military Training to Take Over U.S. Towns (Must See Video)

If seeing isn't believing, then you just don't want to believe.   

This should be, at the very least, a call to preparation and a call to motivation. A call to make a stand and a call to wake a neighbor.  
We are not supposed to see our military building replica's of American towns, to the tune of $93 million in order to conduct practice drills against fellow Americans, pitting soldier against citizen. 
But we are.
We are not supposed to be illegally spied on and searched in various ways by our own government.  
But we are.
We are not supposed to have a lawless President, but we do. 
We are not supposed to....(YOU FILL IN THE BLANK)....BUT WE DO! 

Is this still an America under the United States Constitution?
